Hi Lori, Now that the dust has settled and we've had time to reflect on our wedding day, Tammy and I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to you and the staff at Tangle Creek for making our wedding such a memorable day for us. We'd like to start by thanking you for your professional and personal approach to every aspect of our day. We appreciate your availability to answer our questions or meet with us if necessary so that we were comfortable with what would be happening.Your willingness to work with us when our financial circumstances changed was appreciated more than we can express. We were concerned that we would not be able to have the day that we had in mind, but you quickly allayed those fears when you helped us to rearrange some of the details of our day so that nothing was missed and we could afford to move forward with our plans. Despite the unsettled weather, you and your staff were prepared for every contingency. That degree of preparation and atttention to detail throughout the planning leading up to and on the day of our wedding was remarkable. Everything could not have gone more smoothly. In fact, our friends and family have mentioned that many times to us. It left us with a sense of calm and certainty from day one that we were dealing with a professional and that everything would go off without a hitch. That was also evident in the people around you at Tangle Creek. The staff, beginning with Cheryl right on through to the food servers and bar staff, were professional and courteous at every turn. We had raved about the amazing food we ate during the food tasting and your chefs and kitchen staff certainly lived up to that advanced billing. I have heard nothing but praise for everyone that our friends and family dealt with, as well as those behind the scenes, at Tangle Creek. There is not one issue that comes to mind that we could complain about or anything we could find fault with. Before July 24th when we would tell people that our wedding was being held at Tangle Creek they would tell us what a wonderful facility it is. Now that we have experienced it first hand, we too will be raving about your facility and recommending Tangle Creek to everyone we know and anyone who will listen. Congratulations and thank you!!
